When discussing ‘Returns’, people automatically think ‘Derrick Rose’, however, this upcoming NBA season sees a return of another old favourite of mine – NBA LIVE 14.

EA Sports have dropped their first trailer official trailer showing gameplay featuring Kyrie Irving.

 Growing up in the 90s, NBA Live was the game to have if you wanted to play ball on the consoles. I was one of those who defended the NBA Live gameplay right until the launch of NBA 2K11 – Which featured MJ for the first time and thats when I finally decided to give up the fight.

Coincidently, so did EA, and i don’t blame them, as 2K came out with one the best sporting games I have ever played with its instalment of 2K11.

However, I’m glad to see EA finally bring the game back after spending three years developing a product, that they believe, could finally compete with its 2K competitor. Its a game that reminds me of my youth and has plenty of nostalgia for me, and I wish them the best.

“ITS IN THE GAME!….Well back in the game, at-least.
