The Cleveland Cavaliers are the first team to land back to back Number 1 picks since the Orlando Magic were lucky enough to land them in the 92 and 93 seasons.
That Orlando team were able to change the landscape of the NBA by adding Shaq and Penny (via trade with Goldenstate Warriors for the rights to Chris Webber).

I’ll be interesting to see what Cleveland does with the pick and if they look to add a potential franchise center in Joel Embid or go with the next perimeter superstar in Andrew Wiggins.
For years Wiggins has been touted as the next ‘Lebron’, and although those comparisons looked a little off with the way Wiggins played in his sole season at Kansas, his potential addition to the Cavs’ roster makes for an interesting subplot to the impending Free Agency of Lebron James. And could we see a potential big 3 that contains Irving, Wiggins and James?
‘The Decision’ Part II coming soon.
