It seems like the Miami Heat have been training crossfit style in the dungeon in which Kane grew up in. That and the team are now sporting new/old jerseys.

According to the Miami Instagram account, the Heat will be playing in two new options in 2013/14: a red that looks very similar to the Christmas jersey they wore against the Thunder last season, and a black throw back one that takes us back to Harold Miner and Glen Rice.
